Time does not exist in the ink and paper world (or digitally rendered world now).

Marketing. Same reason psychotic killers in comics are never given a death penalty.

Fictional characters are like that.

The movies have gotten rather formulaic..

And do you age?

The Phantom ages . .

Human ones do. Batman for example. Most of the others are mutants or aliens. Different cell structure. We can’t expect them to age in the same way humans do.

Rather than aging, Batman took on a new face and voice. Strange how that works. Super man has the same trait.

They have. It’s sad.

Superboy aged into Superman.

Marvel Comics do have their characters age approximately 1 year every 3.

DC explain that they change to parallel universes occasionally to younger versions. (OK, they don’t so much as explain that as they blow up those universe where the older versions exist.)

(DC is short for Detective Comics so it is plural)

Robin’s been a “Boy Wonder” for 83 years. Just sayin’.
