I was going to say I’ve never known someone who was an answer to a quiz question…and then I remembered I went to college with someone called Nurse…who pretended to be a doctor
The earliest humorous account I recall of someone trying to hang a picture is from Jerome K. Jerome’s Three Men in a Boat, 1889. “Uncle Podger” spends all day hanging a picture, disrupting the entire household and causing serious damage to the wall.
Garfield’s right, Jon really is pathetic if his incompetence at hanging a picture is used as a “Name That Sound” game. He really needs to seek therapy to help him with his problems.
Since Jon apparently doesn’t recognize the contestant, where was he hanging a picture that some random stranger can recognize the sounds of the attempt?

No wonder Garfield likes to spend most of his time indoors…it’s almost impossible to get leaf-wapped inside!

Silly question. Who sent that picture of Jon to the TV show?

From being Jon Arbuckle famous and winning a trip and a car, I think I’ll take the latter.
