    As it approaches the freezing temperature to the ice stage, water becomes light so ice floats. All Liquids will do that. All other material condense and sink. If frozen liquids didn’t float Earth would become an ice planet in a few years. Pretty slick designing on someone’s part. Makes me wonder.
