Depending on his cellmates, this game of twister could turn into a game of “hide the salami” if the killer ends up in a compromising position.

Not sure I get this one. Is it because people regard Twister as some kind of torture? Or because playing Twister with cellmates would be unpleasant or dangerous somehow?
