Looked it up. “Gurgitate” is of Latin origin but is now considered rare if not obsolete. It doesn’t seem to mean “to eat”. Looked it up. “Gurgitate” does not necessarily mean to consume by eating or drinking. Dictionary.com has it as a surging rise and fall; ebullient motion, as of water. Similarly, Merriam-Webster: a boiling or surging of a liquid; usually violent ebullition. And ebullition means a sudden violent outburst or display or the act, process, or state of boiling or bubbling up, from Merriam-Webster. I really thought this was going to be easy.

Sometimes what they each regurgitate is a little bit different.

“A lie can travel halfway around the world while the truth is still putting on its shoes.” – attributed to Mark Twain. Isn’t social media great?

The only thing he won’t regurgitate is Reader’s Digest.
