My ringtone is the theme to “The Good, The Bad and The Ugly”. It’s a sound that can’t be ignored. It catches everyone’s attention.

I would probably be more irritated if his phone kept playing “Leaving On A Jet Plane”.

Why not use Queen’s “Somebody to Love” on your iPhone Apple Music playlist rather than that Jefferson Airplane song?

my ringtone is the phone ringing from the movie In Like Flint, 1967. He was a Bond like spy and when his phone rang from the president, it had a distinctive ring.

Fun story about Surrealistic Pillow that is somewhat apocryphal and comes in several different versions:

After they finished recording the album, the Jefferson Airplane invited members of the Grateful Dead to give it a listen. In addition to suggesting the album’s title—“Sounds like a surrealistic pillow”—Jerry Garcia showed the Airplane how they could use some hooks to make the songs, especially “Somebody to Love,” even better.

The Airplane re-recorded tracks and, under Garcia’s guidance, remixed them. Garcia ended up playing on some of the tunes.

The band wanted to credit Garcia as a co-producer, but the label and original producer refused because the Dead were under contract with a different label. That’s why Jerry Garcia is listed as “musical and spiritual advisor” on the album credits.

I have no doubt there’s an app for that. But I want to figure out how to put a shortcut on my phone like on my PC.

BTW, I put my iPhone in Airplane Mode when I’m using Wi-Fi @ home. Drains the battery less.
