A great pilot and guy = a great pilot guy.

You’ll need eight hours to solo, forty for your private, then you have the multi-engine and seaplane ratings to deal with, then (hopefully) your instrument rating, then commercial. It doesn’t make for good comic strip material unless the cartoonist can inject reality and entertainment in equal measure. I’ll be over here…
