I know my wife loves me because if I’m not tossing and turning at night she will reach out to make sure I’m still breathing.

Not exactly a noble goal, but an achievable one. I suppose that’s about as good as we can get these days. Just move from the chair to the couch and back every couple of hours and you got this.
