In one of the more touching scenes in the webcomic How To Be A Mind Reaver, an orphaned troll buys a voodoo doll of himself so he can feel hugged when he goes to bed alone in his cave.

Poor baby.

Even the spooky one needs to hug sometimes.

Its refreshing to see this switch from the usual offbeat, spine-chilling theme, to pure, simple love. It makes a perfect start for a Sunday morning.

From Voodoo King to concerned daddy…

He has a sewing kit and knows how to make things.

Awwww!

As Cole Porter wrote in "You Do Something to Me "- “Do do that voodoo that you do so well.”

I wonder if the instructions are for a “Chinese button” version of a voodoo doll.

It is awful cute…

I do wish voodoo dolls were used more for comfort than torment. Great for long-distance relationships.
