Whatever happened to Segways, anyway? I went on a Segway tour of Austin once. It was fun, but more tiring than you expect. You’re basically standing for an hour.

Took a while before I realized that this is one of the rare comments on real life in this toon – and a really good one too :)

If he passes by another pumpkin, will he segway into something else?

That’s using your head, and someone else’s.

If he’s lucky, Cliff will end up on that Segway. After all, walking from place to place takes way too much of his energy.

I remember when during the lead up to the introduction of the Segway, it was touted as being something that would revolutionize the world

Remakes and updates often don’t have the same panache as the originals.

Must be nice to have interchangeable heads.
