Glad to see Daphne again! Good way to make up for Nate complaining about Artur always winning

That first panel was surreal in the most delightful possible way – Nate being called “cutie” like that xD It was like something from a parallel Big Nate Universe! I only hope that Daphne is going to be a part of this story arc – it would be so disappointing if this were to be her only appearance in it. I really do want to see more of her, and I am interested to see how Daphne and Nate interact in their relationship (something which we’ve seen virtually nothing of so far). Daphne is great!!

WOW! Props to the people who predicted this yesterday, i was NOT expecting this at ALL! What a pleasant surprise!

The rush I got seeing this XD PLEASE that this isn’t her only appearance! Let her help him!! Daphne helping Nate (at least in dealing with Artur) would allow us to actually see their relationship! Finally!

9\10, first panel is everything, plus I actually like the punchline because it feels more humorous and affectionate than “Oh Nate, stop complaining, we all wouldn’t mind losing to Artur every single time!”

I feel like those two are still gonna be together in the new year. (Probably)

Daphne’s remark reminds me of something my husband said once. I had entered a cooking contest in my church and of course the other ladies were good cooks. When I didn’t win and was a little peeved, he reminded me that they had all been cooking a lot longer than I had, not that there was anything wrong with my offerings. But that the judges had been fair, though I was telling him they were picking the other ladies because they were deacons’ wives.

Hey hey hey! Artur may be good, but I always enjoy Nate’s comics.

10/10, YES YES YES!!!!!!!!!!!! DAPHNE IS BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!SHE CALLED NATE CUTIE! WONDERFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE LET HER STAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (Yeah, I got kinda hyper). Besides, Nate, what about the cereal mascot competition where you entered, ¨Go-Go the Goat¨? He did not win that! And the chess match where you got him a Snickers?

My, how I miss Nate’s non-stop chasing after Jenny. It was so funny when Nate was talking with Francis and Teddy about why he is better than Artur, or when he was going straight to Jenny saying: ”JENNY, M’LADY!”. Personally, I don’t want Nate to be Jenny’s cuddle bear or something, but Nate having a relationship with this girl I personally find annoying isn’t exactly right. For me. I see that lots of people like Daphne but I WANT JENNY BACK!!!!!!

I hope so. She seems to understand him better than any other girl has in the past.

You know, it has been so long since we seen Daphne that I forgot she existed.

Regarding Daphne, Peirce writes these comics in advance, so we’ll just have to see how it develops. It’s not the end of the world if we don’t see her again in this arc.

Let’s just hope for the best for this arc.
