There once was a man from Devizes, whose ears were of two different sizes. The one was so small, it was no use at all, but the other one won several prizes!
“Why do people treat me like a leper? Why do they think I smell so bad? Sometimes I just want to dig myself a hole and curl up inside. Oh, to be a Giant Armadillo back in the day. Cars would not so casually run us over!”
Not sure that an orifice is meant to be symmetrical. Nose holes, ears and mouth are not, usually. The rest are filled with creases, flaps and muscular closures that defy all attempts at symmetry. The symmetry of the orifice exists in a larger sense, as a balance, a passage, between outer and inner. It is a symmetry between the microcosm and the macrocosm.
When I lived in Texas, the only armadillos I ever saw were the numerous squashed ones dead in the middle of the road(s). Where I live now I see deer, but no armadillos. Asymmetrical orifices or not! There is no Justice, my armadillo friend! All is lameness….
The words ‘asymmetrical’ and ‘orifice’ had never been paired in my brain. I was happy then. Now, I can’t get “asymmetrical orifices” out of my head. You are evil, Ms. Burritt, evil.

I know what I’d like to shove into a particular orifice of the armadillo that’s been digging up my yard.

Two of the keys to life: orifices and…cleavage (although not soft and squishy, armadillos are well covered with the latter)?

Holy Moley, Batman! The moral is, not many words rhyme with orifice, and the coral fish made note of this before sinking into a moral abyss.
Not exactly an orifice in one, but orange you a little happier now?
