I enjoy certain music pieces to be louder…. Beethoven’s Fifth typically blows the skin off my face when in the truck, by myself of course….some ballads and love songs, also Gordon Lightfoot’s storytelling is best when moderately soft. What I even physically cannot handle is overloud bass. It literally rattles the metal in my chest, gives me chestpain!

I’m given to think of the All the Young Dudes on the Ian Hunter Shades of Ian Hunter. After the opening riff, music stops, and he just evenly says “Louder”. Then it starts.

Okay, gotta ask: are tattoos on gals “the thang” in all regions of the U.S.? I live in central FL, and most of the young women—and a lot of the seniors—have tattoos . .
