Sorry. I can’t see the Fink going out and shovelling snow. But then, in snow you can hardly see the Fink….

Ever since he was buried in snow as a kid, the snow has been triggering for him. Now that he’s all “grown up”, it still takes almost the same amount of snow to cover him up.

Where I live, it snowed back on Halloween. It didn’t stick, though.

The first snow is always fun. The first BIG snow , not so much.

That would be current minor trauma. PTSD is a very different thing and often misunderstood. When I was diagnosed, I asked “can PTSD really do all that?” Yes, it can. Destroying relationships and any sense of peace is just the start.

I’m looking forward to the first snow. I like living where we have 4 seasons, and wouldn’t want anywhere else.
