Do you have trouble turning out the light in your bedroom at night?

Maybe you need to put and leave your books in another room.

The advantage of an ereader is the TBR is entirely a psychological problem, not a physical one.

I enjoy an e-reader for many reasons but do love books as well. My main book problem is that we moved from a large house to a small condo a couple of years ago. I had to get rid of (I.e., re-home) about 600 books we no longer had room for. It was quite painful. I’ve snuck a few new ones into the home, but each one is painfully noticeable, and my wife is not open to lining every wall with bookshelves nor to having piles of books on the floor. So e-readers serve their purpose. As do libraries! I borrow a lot!

OKAYYYY — are those the books you’ve read, the books you’re going to read, the books you mistakenly believe will keep the dog from the lamp, or the books that will make you get out of bed to turn the lamp on and off?!

Almost a tall as one of my three “to read” stacks on the floor. It seems for every book I finish I get two.

Why I tend to read one book at a time. Also, these days I’m mostly using an e-Reader connected to our library’s ebook on-line system.

I found for my bedside, at surplus, one of those roll around book racks like librarians use to wheel books back to the shelves. Heavy duty, with shelves tilted back. Capacity of about forty books.

Had I not switched to an e-reader, my “To Be Read” pile would be a threat to life and limb… and possibly structural integrity!
