Most of my favorite movie stars are long dead, and I am now older than they were in their prime. Yet I still feel the same age, relatively, as when I first admired them.
Molly is 55 now, which is just wild to me. I loved the John Hughes films back in the day and Molly is still a great actress. She was in a psychological horror film earlier this year and pretty much the best thing about the film was her.

My wife said she will order me a birthday cake with a candle for each year and the bakery will throw in a free fire extinguisher.

Can’t say I ever cared much for Sixteen Candles. The Breakfast Club however—which Molly was also in—was great.
