I know what broccoli rabe is; I just don’t get the joke.

Beats me.

Broccoli spelled backwards is ILOCCORB. Makes as much sense as the comic.

Well, at least I’m not the only one that doesn’t get it.

So this joke hinges on everyone knowing that “rabe” is pronounced ROB. Who knew?
