Smith is NOT on social media and is using his role to responsibly identify, investigate, indict, litigate, and convict people who have committed crimes against the USA.

Trump is on TRUTH (such a 1984ish label) inciting people to attack the judge and officers of the court.

THEY (federal and state officers of the court) requesting gag orders are specifically trying to gag TFG from comments that might impact the TRIAL.

TFG can freely explain his policies and positions (which are dominated by his desire to seek revenge and turn our country into an authoritarian state).

He makes us gag. It’s only fair that he be gagged as well. He’s inciting violence toward the judges and prosecutors with his insane childish rants. He should be in jail.

Someone needs to tell Chip Bok that criminal defendants don’t have the same rights as everyone else. Someone should let him know that a judge can (and should) stop a criminal defendant from threatening court personnel, witnesses, possible jurors, or fellow defendants, and demand an orderly judicial process without childish theatrics. They all seem to forget Trump has been bound by judicial review ever since he was released on his own recognizance. There were conditions set for his release. He could be remanded into custody until the trial begins if the judge sees fit. If he continues to break the rules. He doesn’t get to defy the Court.
