Only if we print ‘em out. CDs are almost off the market anymore, the new laptop I’m working on doesn’t have a CD player. DVRS – they’ll be on their way out one of these days and video just isn’t the same as lingering over a picture of your mother – when she was young. Saving on a thumb drive? Slides – I threw out hundreds, they’d deteriorated to the point all you saw was fuzz. Who’s gonna want to bother in the future? I have the albums from both parents dating back into the 1920’s and cherish them like gold. There are stacks of my photo albums beside them and again, they are cherished. I still think Polaroid cameras were one of the best inventions.
