It still comes back to humans. They let the dogs run loose, they don’t train them. Maybe humans would be perfect if they stopped attacking hapless people and killing children.
I don’t like the slobber much- maybe that would be an issue that could use improvement (aka lesser the slobbering). Otherwise improve the human owners.
