I think that Route 77 has a few of those runaway truck ramps, on the long steep downhill going from Virginia into North Carolina. There is also a rest area near the bottom, that says trucks check your brakes before entering.

We have lots of these on the mountain passes here in Utah.

I actually saw a car use it once as I was coming down a mountain in Colorado (Wolf Creek Pass?) He had obviously lost his brakes.

Use rat trap glue. Krazy glue sets in a few seconds of sunlight, moisture, or alkali rock exposure.

I’ve seen pictures where kids use these to slide down with their sleds.
