Nice they can schedule cold weather for the tournament. Hope no one falls through the ice… All those games are going to wreck havoc on the ice. And if they can’t afford a rink they can’t afford a Zamboni to repair it between periods and games.

Of course, as rip_marco pointed out, since they’re playing outside, without boards around the rink, they’ll have lost all their pucks before the first period is over… And sent a lot of spectators to the medical tent with injuries.

Square Robin: 4 teams on a square rink, a net on each side. 2 teams play N-S, 2 play E-W, at the same time!!

Can’t wait for someone to skate over the week part of this outdoor venue and fall through the ice. Hopefully, Milford’s got that medivac chopper on standby.

Apparently budget cuts have forced them to go back to straight-blade sticks, too. Pairs well with their 60’s skates.

Ooh, looks like an outdoor tournament. Watch out for the crummy ice surface. I have no control over that rink. And speaking of control, the only thing I definitely can control is the release of Mopped Up Thorp.
