How did he get inside the precinct? When you’re in booking you’re in an area only accessed by law enforcement. Windows are small or non existent. Comic magic at it’s finest.
I still want to know how they were able to replicate the entire exhibit and replace the whole thing without getting caught. Just the time and expense it would take to research and fabricate the replicas would take months. They would have needed to go to the museum, find out what artifacts were moving, take photos and measurements, then have the replicas made somewhere.
So why would the Bodines want the one cop to see a Bodine walk in and then walk out of a gas station restroom? I guess they wanted the “innocent” one to get arrested that day, but that doesn’t make much sense. The whole story is way too convoluted.

Although it would be funny if you were being arrested for not washing your hands, you ain’t.

Curious as to what is significant about Jan 7 beside Cptn. Ruiz’s coffee mug.

JUMP to January 7 to see what this is in reference to.
By the way, Mortimer first saw Bodine’s mug shot December 23rd.

There’s still the connection to Shark and the “fatal” crash to sort out.

Cops arrest people anywhere they want to. There’s no law against arresting someone in a restroom.

Ruiz had no way of knowing there were 2 Bodines. If she somehow knew, she certainly should have told Joe and Crunchy. She is a bad boss.
