ROSE! For heaven’s sake! Oh my stars, this just reminded me of a movie scene (can’t think which movie) where a young woman writes a love letter to one of her profesors and he corrected her grammar. Fortunately, Wallace is made of stern stuff and probably won’t even be offended.
I love grammar, and my mind corrects it all the time. But I ignore the mind when it comes to conversational writing. (In spite of being an English teacher, I write like I talk, “gonna” being one of my worst offenses!)

What are the odds that Rose, among all of the pressures she feels from having a perfectionist tiger mom, also has ADHD?

Love the “dramatic” scene on panel 3. Awesomatic is a word in my thesaurus.

Perhaps a real life Rose would outgrow her compulsions.

Yes, Wallace and Rose: “awesomatic” is a word, not just one recorded enough times to be popular or in dictionaries.
