He should have moved to Arizona…..

It was cheap!

Cloudy days were rough.

We actually had an abnormally sunny winter in Seattle.

Should have opted for rain powered.

Guess he didn’t have a back-up battery pack.

But he did it to fight “climate change”.

I can believe it. I was at Fort Lewis in January of 1972 and there was no sun, and it rained every day.

Oh, come on. It doesn’t rain THAT much in Seattle. Only every time I’ve ever been there…

You obviously know Seattle weather. . .

Way off base and not funny

I’ve been to Seattle once, about 25 years ago. Definitely not a place I want to visit again.

My neighbors have solar-powered sidewalk lights. Sometimes they have good vision, sometimes not.

Did it run out of power, or did it rust?

Since Seattle has plenty of vehicle charging stations, I use an adapter at one of those on rainy days.

It has been said that the citizens of Seattle don’t like the sun: It drys out the sinuses.

“Ain’t no sunshine where he’d gone….”

There wasn’t enough of the sun beatin’ down.

Oh c’mon now the sun comes out at least once a month here

Didn’t qualify for the upgrade at the proper time.

That seems harsh; geez!

I was going to visit Frazier Crane in the Elliot Bay Towers in Seattle but, he moved back to Boston. (Smile)

Too, too, too, too appropriate.There’s a reason the PNW is such a fertile field for fungi!

I guess rainy days and Mondays got poor Elroy down!

I would guess that the solar cells were on top of his head. All was going well until he put his hat on.

Ironically, Elroy said he’d move to Seattle in a heartbeat…

A pal of mine who lived in Seattle proudly told me that they had a half-hour “sun break” there most days.

Bill Cosby had a monologue on Seattle, to the effect that the people would get anxious and frightened if the sun shone. “Is our town bad? What have we done?”
