    So long as people turn up to work on time and sober, what they do out of work time is legally their own business. Mike visiting an employee outside work hours and uninvited could get him a huge fine at the very least. Bring on the unfair dismissal case. Does the USA also have a Fair Work Ombudsman like we have?
