Yeah, it’s Leap day!!!!!!

When I was a kid I hated leap year because I had to wait one extra day for my birthday (March 6). But now I don’t care since I can wait one more day to turn the age I’m turning! LOL!

What is worse Ralph, waiting for the season to start or waiting the whole season to watch “dem bums” fail in the playoffs?

Easter is March 31!!

Considering the Drabbles live in L.A. and are big Dodgers fans, this year is looking very special for them.

Today would have been my Mother’s birthday. I do miss that lady.

At least for baseball fans, there are spring training games, which are already happening.

It must be that time of the month for Ralph.

Will March come in like a lion or a lamb this year?

About 363,000 people in the U.S. are celebrating a birthday today. Let them fully enjoy their special day. Husband and I have 2 relatives with Feb. 29 birthdays, out of about 80 relatives.

Little-known February 29 fact: back in the days when California had “odd/even gasoline rationing” (if your car’s license plate ended in an odd number, you could only fuel up on odd-numbered days, and if it ended in an even number, only on even-numbered days), 2/29 was an “everyone can get gas” day (as was the 31st of any month)…or at least, it would have been had either of the rationing periods had a 2/29 in it
