I am wondering if the monitor pictured is having a discussion with the computer to which it seems to be connected, or to the other monitor. Talking to the computer would be logical, but talking to the other monitor adds a conspiratorial tone to it all.

Back in 1973, there was an episode of Superfriends about a computer that did all the things humans normally do.

You do know that they talk behind our backs over the IOT? (Internet of things). What is more scary is the thought that who is controlling them and what is their end game? I see AI as still immature and we can turn it on and off. Skynet, on the otherhand…

When computers can turn themselves on, it’s time to worry.

I have a book written by Frank Herbert in 1981, as a guide to home computers. The title is “Without Me You’re Nothing”.

    So is this comic plagiarism?

I knew we were doomed the moment Windows restarted to install updates without my permission.
