Clay, go ask your mother to talk to the school principal and/or the school board. Ask her to demand a “no tolerance” policy against bullying. I wish there was such a policy around when I went to school!

I wonder how Adam pronounced forte.

Unfortunately, on the school grounds, a witty retort only gets you a punch in the nose by a bully.

I named my baseball bat “Witty Retort”

I wonder why he even brought it up,,,,,,,,.

Yeah, you tell him how you handled bullies, and wound up with your underwear over your head.

They rarely work for Calvin. Hobbes gets away with murder though.

Witty retorts were what got me bullied. :(

I have witnessed a successful approach that stopped the 2 bullies in my classroom, cold. I empowered their victims instead of trying to change the bad behavior.

Enroll Clayton in Taekwondo,worked for my son.

With a nose that size, I’d imagine Adam would opt for a different challenge.
