Don’t know why sweets and chocolates are tied to Easter…….OOOOH, It’s a money thing. I did buy a chocolate bunny!

Persephone has once again come up to the surface world, bringing warmth and growth.

Are you kidding? The chistianists bombard everyone with it every day, as if it were something real. Then the complain about being persecuted, which is a pretty absurd thing for the dominant majority and only political force in the country to say.

These days, it’s because we have them constantly, and whatever time of year it is, we use that as an extra excuse.

I fail to see any connection between the resurrection and chocolate.

I’m not religious, so for me Easter is the symbolism of Spring: The start of new beginnings. Eggs are yummy and bunnies are playful, ergo the candies. Make of it what you will, but I refuse to remove the fun from it.
