I saw a hawk snatch a baby groundhog one day. Pretty dramatic.

A hawk tried to take my dog when she was a puppy. Good thing my husband and I were there to scare the hawk away. The hawk had its eye only on her and didn’t see us until the final moment.

Hare today gone tomorrow

The hawk is much better at watching like a hawk.
