Pretty impressive for a third grader to know the word “jurisdiction”, especially Kevin.

That jurisdiction extended to my whole neighborhood as long as the parents knew each other. And sometimes our antics were the catalyst for neighbor parents meeting one another.

If memory serves, Kevin’s mom warmed his backside in a previous strip. Could Miles be in for the same treatment from Kevin’s mom? Awkward!
