I used to play tennis against our basement wall.

Sounds like Snoopy’s playing racquetball instead of tennis.

This is the mentality of some people. Their actions are never to blame. I’ve seen cases when someone shot an innocent bystander and the shooter blames the victim because they were standing next to the intended target

I remember being asked to stop bouncing a ball off the wall of a house, because of the noise! Come to think of it I am not sure if it was our house or if the noise was the reason.

Next time, Snoopy, don’t practice tennis in the Van Pelt family garage.

How does Snoopy know the garage is a “he”? Is it because garage is masculine in French, like most nouns that end in -age? Snark!

It’s really annoying to play against someone that just returns everything.
