Why, Bossman’s even wearing spats. I haven’t seen spats since my first year in high school band in 10th grade. We were very military. By the 12th grade we were almost a show band.

It’s a matter of choice. I’ve seen bosses doing it both ways. He does look dapper though. Works well for him….
