When I decided to quit….

Well, let me see. There were so many of those that it’s hard to pick one.

I can show you the plaques.

I was only able to do that twice and I didn’t like to unduly raise expectations in the next job interview. :)

My brilliant idea was to sack all of the middle management and replace them with people who actually knew the processes that they were managing. But they ignored me, and the company went bankrupt. :>0
