I expected the new manager to be much, much smaller.

I had to scroll down to see the punchline, but I already knew what it had to be.

“No no no, you’ve moved it a picometer too high now, here, let me show you.”

Years ago I was walking past a storefront and noticed a woman inside on a ladder hanging a picture on the wall. Another person was guiding her as to where it should be. The woman on the ladder then saw me through the window so I motioned “a little to the right” for no good reason, and she complied, so I gave her a thumbs-up and continued on my way.

The problem is you’re standing on the ladder wrong.
