LOL. I still have about 95% of my hair at 67 years old. Not uncommon amongst the men in my family. Now, if you want to talk about hair color… :)
My hair dropped out years ago, what little is left, I shave off.
Head hair is for UV protection of the head and shoulders (assuming it’s allowed to grow) – this is for upright two legged apes like us, anyways.

I started losing my hair in high school and it was gone at 25. My beard seems to get denser every year.
Having chloroplasts in skin and hair wouldn’t solve a humans body energy needs. But there are animals that keep those from their plant food in working condition and integrate it in their skincell until they die off.
I’m 68 and still have mine, thanks to genes passed down by Dad. It is turning gray though.
I guess Eddie’s getting use to them being there for a while.
