These eScooters are an enigma to me when I think about my experience with US cities.
I can’t imagine myself riding one of those in the streets, where even motorbikes need the driver to wear some menacing outfit to gain some respect in traffic. And I wouldn’t drive them on the pavement where in my opinion pedestrians have the right of way and where cars cross from or to driveways without so much as looking to the right for any kind of pedestrian like running kids.

Seen a guy ride one across a flooded street. He was doing fine until he hit the 1.5 deep pothole!

Bad bad bad bad doggie. Stops chasing and biting innocent hoomins. Bad doggie will get sent to doggie pound.

I stopped chasing cars somewhere in my thirties. Too many drivers started carrying firearms.

My two dogs pay no attention to regular bikes or E-scooters but go ballistic when they see a recumbent bike or skateboard.

I don’t know what it is with e-scooters or e-bikes but they drive my dog bonker. Regular ones, no problem. E ones… Armaggedon!
