I never did care for surprises.

I’ve seen those films of guys working on New York skyscrapers in the 1920’s and 30’s without all the safety gear- very scary stuff.

Well, they can make it up to him on his next birthday.

This is what happens when you tell people what you wished for.

This year, Ed’s birthday fell on a Tuesday.
