Ahhh, peace and quiet,no nagging,and you think you’re punishing me?

Be grateful for the silence; I know I should be.

But giving you the treatment with the silence is a big part of Loretta’s fun.

It may be a relief for both of them.

That happened to me in January of my senior year of high school and continued until my early 30s. I was debating on going to a local university or one on the other side of the continent. I took the one on the other side of the continent. And then went to Europe for med school. Was a great time.

You should thank her, but then she’ll realize she’s doing you a favor.

The “Silent Treatment” never really works. It just deepens the hurt.

Loretta finally gives Leroy the peace-and-quiet he deserves, and Leroy gives Loretta a piece of his mind—which is more than he had to spare.

Passive aggression. Such a pain to deal with.
