I have said for years that golf is a four-letter word that often leads to other four-letter words! “FORE!” is the only one I can repeat here.

bowling is a close second to variables causing F stration.

If the first 18 holes frustrate you, at least there is the 19th hole to look forward to.

My question would have been “why do you hate it?”

Golf is for people that don’t know how to fish…

This is how Scottie Shuffler feels about Pinehurst #2. He gets another chance to play it in five years. I hope he shows up a week early and putts the greens the next time. Troon’s greens are not nearly as complicated, but I bet he’s there a week early next month as well.
