Just when we think we have enough, if not too many laws, someone comes along with a new and innovative way to infringe on WE, the People’s rights and freedoms. The latest, that few if any saw coming, is a president that commits felonies. Regardless how the Supreme Court Rules, no one, not even a sitting president, should be above the law or have any immunity from prosecution of committing a crime. There are at least 5 Supreme Court Justices that must be held to the principles of the court, and not the party.

I wonder who that is under that book.

Florida is pretty aggressive about arresting felons for voting. Let’s see how their voting laws apply to Trump.

In our federal system, State laws and federal law are in separate books, albeit with references to each other. The MAGA scam victims blaming President Biden for the their swindler-in chief’s legal woes in New York do not understand this.
