    Just hold onto those pants, there’s a good chance you’ll add some inches back to your waistline in the future…

    I’ve lost 8 to 10 pounds in the last month or so, hope I keep it that way. Cutting down on late-evening / night eating helps.

    I’m a male and I learned to sew when I was around 10 years old as it is simple. That is when I started working with my hands as I worked 53 years in manufacturing and engineering before I recently retired and boy I sure do miss it.
