Whatever works

I thought there were scary things hiding under the bed…

For Linus, all he has to do is mention his fear of queen snakes. By the way, that species does exist.

My girlfriend and I broke up at summer camp. We got into an argument over which canoe to get take.

She got in one and I the other. Then we just drifted apart.

My parents sent me to mime camp one summer.

I still can’t talk about it.

Somebody asked if I planned to go camping this summer

“No,” I replied, “I need to do something calmer. Camping is in tents.”

What do you call a summer camp that helps people with ADHD?

A concentration camp.

Well, you can guess how much her parents love her. It’s like a game of hide and seek, with no seeking, just a game of hide. No one cares she’s gone. She should be concerned.

Compared to camp, hanging out with dust bunnies is preferable.

“A very simple plan”. It’s only simple because she left out many details such as whether she took three weeks of food with her or whether she kept sneaking out for meals during those three weeks.

How did Sally survive those three weeks?

If it works…

Camping is more fun when you can go someplace by yourself and ponder the world at large

and they didn’t notice… you must have some bad parents.

I remember just saying NO. Though that wasn’t a hard sell in that camp was expensive.

Whatever works.

My parents couldn’t afford summer camp. That would have been great.

Sally always has a plan…

Her brother could vanish for 3 weeks and nobody would notice.
