History is cyclical. The Great Forgetting. Most of the generation who existed under the heavy boot of Nazism are dead or really old. Those who remember would never vote for any far right candidate. They know what a dystopian existence is h*ll can be. Those fools forget WWII wiped Nazism out. And Hitler + many of his top military committed suicide rather than ‘face the music’.
It takes far too little to tickle the amygdala anytime, but as negative outcomes from AGW Climate Change continue to increase in both scope and scale, so too increases far right hateful racist and anti-Semitic xenophobia. Unfortunately, both the scope and the scale of the latter clearly are increasing by orders of magnitude compared to the (far too rapidly, as well) increasing severity of climate change.
Republicans are too busy lying to do much of anything else but spreading their hate and fear has continued. Republicans’ accusations always turn out to be republicans’ confessions.
