I blocked someone deranged and it doesn’t connect when she calls but it still rings in and wakes me up at 1:45 am or whenever she chooses to harrass me.

Remember the mythical Do Not Call List?

You can block spam numbers, but you’ll need to block a thousand of them. They generate random local numbers for your exchange and spoof them.

Get a new phone number and don’t inform everyone what the new number is.
