In 1968 the Hong Kong flu hit just before Christmas and it was bad enough to close the college for a month. I threw all my stuff in a duffel bag and got a ride back home arriving at 12:30am. I didnât have my key so when mom answered the door and asked why I was home I told her that I had been kicked out of school. She asked why and I said drugs and the next I know she is going down and I am quickly saying âItâs a joke, Iâm still in schoolâ. Needless to say she was thankful but my breakfast the next morning had ârunny eggsâ.

Historians know that William Tell and his son were in a bowling league. But because no records were kept nobody knows for whom the Tells bowled.

The âWilliam Tell Overtureâ was originally the âWilliam Tell hovering over his dead motherâs body Overtureâ.
