    It’s a real thing. When you are trying to get around an idea you can’t grasp, you can go into a loop, which really does cause a hot spot in your brain. The more easily your answers come, the less heating you experience. Breaking out of the loop is required to arrive at the answer being sought. Best to move on and come back.
