Maybe find some shade instead of staying in the full glaring sunshine while leaning against a rock that has been heated to oven temperatures.

This year heat wave more and rains more too.

I try not to complain about the heat, considering how much I whine about the cold in the winter.

We need to invent a way to store the heat from the summer and release it in the winter.

I prefer winter to summer anyday.

It’s like a heat wave!

Amen. Only The Count is looking forward to the (Fall) and Winter. We did not even have much of a winter last year. If this was a movie they would call it “Endless Summer” if that title had not already been taken. Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow.

2021 – 3 Heat warning days. 2022 – 2 Heat warning days. 2023- 22 Heat Warning days. 2024 – 35 Heat warning days.

Just accept that both extremes are unhealthy? BTW I spend more time outside when it’s 99° than when it’s -35°.

This is when all the people that say global climate change is fake seem to be unsurprisingly silent.

My dear sister-in-law, who recently passed, laughed at Global Warming saying the experts say the temperature is up only one degree. RIP, Barbara.

They seem to be sitting on sand. Just dig down a foot or so and it’ll be nice and cool.

What is this “snow” you speak of? We almost never get snow. Thankfully, we’ve not had a 100+ degree day for over a week now and there are none in the forecast. Still, summer won’t really end until the last week of October – if we’re lucky.
