No suck—all yuck!
Hey, we survived most of the 20th Century with paper straws!
I have cleanable silicone straws.
individual paper straws kept safe for use inside of plastic wrappers… pure genius, folks!
Part of the issue. Inventions without considering repercussions. Straws by themselves are small but they join an avalance other forever plastics.
Real men don’t need straws: John Wayne, Sean Connery, Gary Cooper, etc.
Just got back from France. They have GREAT paper straws..
I hate those straws.
drink it without using a straw.
duh
The straw is probably saying “I wouldn’t if I were you. He backwashed a couple of times…gross!”
I don’t suppose it ever occurred to them to just take the lid off and drink it without a straw
Take the lid off, drink from the cup like it was meant to be drunk from. Trust me, it works.
i’ve never used straws
I don’t recall ever having a problem with paper straws… if you didn’t try to reuse them. ;-)
Paper straws were originally made from rolled wax paper. This was necessary as non-waxed paper straws would become soggy and useless otherwise. Did everyone in the straw industry forget about this?
Ever notice the paper straws were wrapped in plastic, and the plastic straws were wrapped in paper??
